Executive Development
Years ago the term 'learning organisation' came to the fore in management circles. We do not subscribe to management jargon and faddish buzz words but the term 'learning organisation' makes sense to us. As Confucius once said, "Learning without thought is labour lost; thought without learning is perilous."
Our services in the area of executive development are designed specifically for the needs of senior managers. The imperative for us is to provide managers with fresh thinking and innovative approaches to business development.
We have conducted two-day in-house programs on topics such as business development and forming client connections. We have run a very successful half-day seminar program in conjunction with the Queensland Law Society on how to talk about fees and rates with greater confidence. Mark Vincent is regularly asked to act as MC or speak at professional association conferences and seminars. For more than ten years we have facilitated training and development programs for Boral Learning Services.
